EU - £15 and free for orders over £250

Discovery set - a flat rate of shipping of £10 worldwide (Limited time offer - Free delivery in the UK, EU and USA).
Orders are shipped with DHL or Fedex (Fedexin the UK). We provide a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment. If you have any questions, please email us on client_care@electimuss.com
Delivery times
UNITED KINGDOM
Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days (via FEDEX).
USA & CANADA
Orders are shipped with tracked couriers (DHL or FedEx) and usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
GCC - GULF STATES
Orders are shipped with tracked couriers (FedEx or DHL) and usually delivered within 2-3 business days. Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries are Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
EUROPE
Orders are shipped with tracked couriers (FedEx or DHL) and usually delivered within 5-7 business days.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
We use tracked courier services (FedEx or DHL) and provide a tracking number. If we are unable to deliver, we will refund you in full.

We ship to many countries including: Albania, Australia, Ghana, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan and many more.
We are currently unable to deliver to Afghanistan, Antigua, Armenia, Belize, Brazil, Egypt, Guam, Iran, Jordan, Laos PDR, Macau, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Email us on client_care@electimuss.com if you would like to confirm current shipping status for your destination in advance of your purchase. If we are unable to deliver, we will refund you in full.
We understand that some countries charge customs duties and taxes on perfume products. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for these other than the post Brexit exception for EU customers noted below. If customs duties or taxes are payable, DHL or FedEx will contact you when your goods have shipped and tell you how to pay.
The above shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays that are out of our control. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email, as well as an email to let you know once we have dispatched your order.

Customs and duties credit for EU customers
We know that post Brexit there is some uncertainty about EU customs duties and VAT/taxes for products from the UK. We don’t want our EU customers to worry about this change and so for all orders over £300, we will refund you up to 20% of your order value to cover import duties and taxes when you provide us with evidence of the amount you have paid.
HOW DOES IT WORK? Purchase our product as normal on our website, and if customs duties or taxes are payable, DHL/FedEx will contact you when your goods have shipped and tell you how to pay. Then you just need to email us a photo or other evidence of the amount you paid to client_care@electimuss.com.
We will refund what you paid for customs duties and taxes, up to a maximum of 20% of your order value, via your original payment method. You are responsible for any duties and taxes over 20% (most EU countries are under this amount) and you’re responsible for all duties and taxes for orders under £300. Returns
For any returns enquiries, please email our customer service team at client_care@electimuss.com. We will refund or exchange any item when you return it to us in original condition, unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered by your carrier to your nominated address. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been opened or tested. If you haven't tried a perfume prior to purchase we recommend you order our Discovery Set to explore our collections. Upon purchasing a Discovery or sample set, you'll receive a voucher of the same value to redeem against your first 100ml purchase.

We know not everyone can get to a store to experience our beautiful fragrances. So if you’re not sure which fragrance to buy, or want to discover a new fragrance to add to your collection, simply order a sample set and we’ll give you voucher of the same value to redeem against your next full bottle purchase.
