Orders are shipped with tracked DHL or Fedex services (We guarantee Fedex in the UK).
We provide a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

We are currently unable to deliver to Afghanistan, Antigua, Armenia, Belize, Brazil, Egypt, Guam, Iran, Jordan, Laos PDR, Macau, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
Email us on hello@electimuss.com if you would like to confirm current shipping status for your destination in advance of your purchase. If we are unable to deliver, we will refund you in full.
Customs and duties - EU & US customers
At Electimuss, we believe the luxury experience should begin the moment you place your order. In response to the evolving global landscape—including the complexities of Brexit and the introduction of new US tariffs—we have overhauled our international logistics.
The global trade environment has changed, with new duties often surprising shoppers at the point of delivery. We’ve taken a proactive stand to protect our clients from these shifts. Whether you are in the United States or the European Union, the price you see at checkout is the final price.
All-Inclusive Checkout: We have absorbed all US tariffs and EU import duties as a brand.
You should not receive an additional bill from customs or a courier. We absorb the administrative costs so you don't have to.
By pre-handling all documentation and taxes (DDP), your order moves swiftly through borders, bypassing the typical "Brexit delays" or US customs holds.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES - Rest of World
Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for customs or import duties other than the post Brexit exception for EU customers and US Tariff implications noted above. If customs duties or taxes are payable, DHL or FedEx will contact you when your goods have shipped with details on how to pay.
Returns
For any returns enquiries, please email our customer service team at hello@electimuss.com . We will refund or exchange any item when you return it to us in original condition, unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered by your carrier to your nominated address. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been opened or tested. If you haven't tried a perfume prior to purchase we recommend you order our Discovery Set to explore our collections. Upon purchasing a Discovery or sample set, you'll receive a voucher of the same value to redeem against your first 100ml purchase.

Try before you buy
We know not everyone can get to a store to experience our beautiful fragrances. So if you’re not sure which fragrance to buy, or want to discover a new fragrance to add to your collection, simply order a sample set and we’ll give you voucher of the same value to redeem against your next full bottle purchase.
